Is this service right for you?

When is Mansion Moving right for you?

Large residence relocations involve multiple areas such as the main house, guest rooms, study, wine cellar, entertainment areas, and service spaces; it is difficult to control the order with just a single master inventory. We work with owner representatives, housekeepers, and relevant vendors to establish a zone-based handover sheet, arranging stay-behind zones, advance batches, storage batches, and final positioning according to living needs.

01

Large residences with items distributed across multiple buildings, wings, or functional areas.

02

Families requiring coordination among housekeepers, domestic teams, security, and professional vendors.

03

Residents who prefer phased relocation with unpacking, positioning, and inspection by zone.

Service process

Mansion Moving process

01

Zone and Role Profiling.

Code by main house, wing, and service area; designate personnel who can make decisions for each zone; record locations of art, wine, pianos, safes, and inventory.

02

Phase and Storage Design.

Categorize items into stay-behind living areas, advance delivery, interim storage, and final clearance; set vehicle routes and handover lists for each phase.

03

Multi-Zone Synchronized Control.

Protect floors, walls, door frames, and corners within approved ranges; hand over items from each zone to the loading point by label to prevent unauthorized cross-zone movement.

04

Positioning and Finalizing by Zone.

Unpack, assemble, and position items according to the new residence's activation order; verify incomplete professional installations, storage, and packing material recycling with zone representatives.

Checklist

Prepare these details or photos before requesting a quote

  1. 1Provide a list of buildings and functional areas; designate one confirmation representative for each zone.
  2. 2Establish inventories for high-value items, art, wine, pianos, and safes room-by-room.
  3. 3Clearly label batches for stay-behind essentials, advance to new residence, storage, and disposal.
  4. 4Confirm access ranges for each gate, driveway, floor route, and staff.
  5. 5Schedule time slots for unpacking/positioning, art installation, wine cellar, and security system vendors.

Zonal authorization is more important than headcount.

Large residences have extensive work scopes; define accessible, restricted, and stay-behind zones in advance and have a designated representative handle changes; team size is arranged according to assessed volume and phases, not a fixed headcount.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can a large residence be moved zone by zone over several weeks?

Phases can be designed according to residency and handover nodes, but volume, storage, vehicle trips, protection retention periods, and handover personnel for each phase must be specified in writing.

Can the housekeeper handle all confirmations throughout?

You may designate the housekeeper as the main point of contact, while clearly defining their authority to approve positioning, additional items, and handover of high-value items.

Can pianos, safes, and wine cellars be handled under the same plan?

They can be included in the master schedule, but given the differences in weight, equipment, environment, and professional requirements for these three categories, they must be assessed and quoted individually.
