When is Move-in Service right for you?
Move-in relocation emphasises that the new home's renovation is complete, access protection is appropriate, and items can be placed in the correct rooms at once. We arrange the sequence of large furniture and cartons according to floor plans to reduce repeated moving or accidental contact with new surfaces upon arrival.
Families with items being delivered to the same new address from old homes, warehouses, or multiple sources
Clients needing items positioned in rooms according to a new home floor plan

Checklist
Prepare these details or photos before requesting a quote
- 1Confirming renovation work is finished and tools and debris are cleared
- 2Confirming with renovation contractors that floors, walls, and cabinetry can withstand item entry
- 3Marking locations for beds, cabinets, sofas, and appliances on the floor plan
- 4Labelling each carton with the room and unpacking priority
- 5Confirming management's entry, lift, and loading/unloading arrangements
Surfaces should be confirmed by contractors first
The time required before new flooring, paint, cabinetry, or glass can be touched should be confirmed by the relevant contractors; the moving team will not make judgements on behalf of the construction team.
Frequently asked questions
Is renovation protection automatically included?
Basic wrapping of large items is not the same as full-house renovation protection; required areas for laying materials must be listed separately.
Can furniture be placed according to a design drawing?
A clear floor plan can be provided as a guide, but there must be sufficient space on-site; fixed installation or alteration works must be discussed separately.
Can I move in if renovation is not fully complete?
You should first confirm passage safety, surfaces are suitable for contact, and that there is no crossover with ongoing work; otherwise, it is better to adjust the date or handle it in batches.
